The doctors and staff at Westgate Surgery aim to provide the best possible standard of care. We have an arrangement with Leeds Primary Care Trust to deliver Personal Medical Services under the National Health Service.

News

The construction of the new surgery is progressing well and we hope it will be finished in April 2008. The car park on the R.A.O.B. site will be unavailable during the construction period, please use the main surgery car park only. Opening Times

The surgery is open Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm with appointments between 8.30am & 11.00am, 1.30pm & 6.00pm except Bank Holidays.

How to register with the practice

You can register with the practice if you live within our practice boundaries. You will need to complete a registration form available at reception. New patients are offered an appointment with the practice nurse to ensure we have up-to-date information about your health until your records are received from your previous GP. If you are a carer or there is a carer in your household please inform the receptionist.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchair ramp and ground level consulting are available. We have a wheelchair on the premises. An Induction Loop is fitted for the hard of hearing.
