The doctors and staff at Westgate Surgery aim to provide the best possible standard of care. We have an arrangement with Leeds Primary Care Trust to deliver Personal Medical Services under the National Health Service.

Register With The Practice

You can register with the practice if you live within our practice boundaries. You will need to complete a registration form available at reception. New patients are offered an appointment with the practice nurse to ensure we have up-to-date information about your health until your records are received from your previous GP. If you are a carer or there is a carer in your household please inform the receptionist.

Disabled Facilities

Wheelchair ramp and ground level consulting are available at the surgery. We have a wheelchair on the premises and an Induction Loop is fitted for the hard of hearing.
